PhD Overview

My research examines the role of science (STEM) in pharmaceutical policy, specifically focusing on Zimbabwe’s pharmaceutical sector. The project analyses public policy regarding local manufacturing of medicines for children in Zimbabwe. Literature indicates that the inadequate availability of suitable medicines for children is a global issue. My research seeks to develop North-South knowledge exchange initiatives to facilitate a well-calibrated STEM and policy nexus that leads to the co-production of knowledge for the public value.

Sustainability Goals
