PhD Overview

My PhD research explores the development of intelligent virtual assistants to support patients living with neurodegenerative diseases. The project focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence and user-centered design to enhance daily support, communication, and patient autonomy. Emphasis is placed on creating an adaptable, ethical, and accessible system that can evolve with user needs and emerging technologies. Through iterative research and evaluation, the work aims to improve quality of life for patients and provide insights for future healthcare innovations.
